How to Keep Winter Rules Healthy on a New Project

Use the recommended configs for all the things that are relevant to you. Disable any rule that isn't good or relevant for you in your ESLint config with a comment explaining why. I think you don't want dev tooling ever to be obscure and confusing. It's always hard to like concrete examples but generally what's the pattern where it's okay, I could probably disable this rule globally and add a comment.
