Biden Center - What's Going On?

More than 160 members of the U Penn faculty signed and made public an open letter demanding the program be shuttered on the grounds that it amounted to racial profiling. The FBI wanted to continue this program. There's a document on the Justice Department site today, a year after Merrick Garland shut down this program. It shows all of the Chinese penetrations that the FBI was able to stop and arrest and convict in charge through this program. And then Joe Biden shuts it down after his old university and his old faculty friends pressure the Justice Department to do it.
