Steve Moore: Larry Fink, CEO of BlackRock, has declared they're going to let shareholders vote their own proxy and not have the big companies do it for them. "This is a total shift," he says; $2.5 trillion in shareholder money will now be voted by people who own these stocks rather than the money matters to themselves.
