Every morning I have a I meditate and I read in the morning read a book that you know usually a self-help or based off of like a self-realization yeah. Then throughout the day it's trying to improve myself either physically or mentally within my business as well so how does that work for you? Do you do something different every day when it comes to the CrossFit one day then you go parkour another day or do you focus one week on that specific exercise because again you've got to be great at everything going into ultimate ninja warrior.
