The Precarious Aspect of Trump's Not Testifying

This is coming down to the world's worst jury pool. This is being litigated in a town where very few people have positive use of Trump. For Trump not to take the stand, I could have a really bad impact on this jury. They may take the view that, look, if you're not willing to answer on the stand for this, why should I really sweat the specifics? But on the space of it, this should be a difficult case to make for the plaintiff.
