The Othering of Being Made to Feel Like You're Not Really Meant to Be Here
On boarding is similar to another ord that you use in the book, which is the opposite of belonging. Can you explain what that means? Extreme versions of othering take us all the way to things like systemich racism or discriminattion. The work that i'm trying to do is say that if as designers, and so many of us, even if designer is not our title, we are designing because we're creating contacts for people to come together.
