What's the Supply of the Resale Market?
The typical home builder in America has already dropped price 5%. I don't think the resale market has done that. J-PAL is going to end up with empty homes that need to be sold. And actually, they are converting quite a few of them to rentals. But that's what you might call a desperate seller.
