Ari Fleischer: Manhattan DA's office had to have thought through its legal theory very carefully and about how it's going to present all of its information. He says we have been thrown off by Trump's statement that he was going to be arrested on Tuesday. Fleischer: It may be that, as Neil said, they need to now present something else, or maybe they might be changing their legal theory.
