Expanding the House of Representatives
The house is supposed to be the most representative of the elements of the constitutional system. But overtime, itas become less representative as the country has grown. Each member represents now almost a million people. After every census for the entirety of the nineteenth century, with one exception in 18 forty, the house grew as the population grew. We stop doing it after the 19 ten census, ah, for no good reason. And we ought to do it again.
