The Difference Between Attention and an Attention Scheme?

An attention scheme is about an awareness of attention and the capacity to direct that attention. Or is it a sort of a model of how attention works? So i came at this problem from a nervous science point of view, from the point of view of somebody who studied movement control. I had just spent ten years studying how the arm and hand and other parts of the body move in complex ways. And we saw the ince power of this idea that the brain builds models of the things it's trying to control. My brain has to be constantly telling me what attention is, what it's doing at the moment and what the consequences are. To control it actually internally say, now my attention needs
