Gregory Ulmer was in the circle of people who were beginning to say a deconstructive mindset fits with the kind of hypertext, hypercard. And he's a crazy figure and not well enough known. So I like to call him out because he was also kind of lovely. He just became incredibly productive and excessively so he just he started throwing anything and everything together. You make arguments through conduction. You literally just stick things next to each other. There's all of this, you know, very hypercard and now absolutely just a book feed.
