i use, in that chapter, darrydos concept of hontology and his discussion of the spectre to talk about how the living body is always inhabited by its spectral other. So another version of this is falstaff's own fake death, where he stages a preview of his corpse, of his own corpse. Em, and so there again, em, there's the sort of historical figure of john falstaff who's being enactedan we could talk at length about the relationship, right between m, the historical john falstaff, andhe, the character shakespeare's play.
