How to Raise Private Money if You Don't Have Experience
The most important thing that you want to consider when raising private money, if you don't have experience, is two things. Make sure you have a really strong deal that has a lot of upside because that's what you will communicate to your lenders. The other thing is you wanna build trust with that lender. Like, hey, you know, I don’t have experience, but all of my teammates have a ton of experience.
