The Fed's Plan to Keep Rates at Zero Through 2014
The Fed has said we're going to keep rates at zero through 2014. It would not surprise me if they give the old zero rates another five years. Nobody that saved any money is clearly earning no interest income at all. Save for a lifetime to have interest income? Nope. That's not part of the game. The responsibility has to be on our shoulders.
