What's Most Important to You When Buying a Car?
When you define top tasks, how do you phrase the question? Is that what people do most often when they use the software or the website? Or is it something that matters to them? Because that's very subjective. Well, we generally try and avoid any mention of digital or website or anything. Instead, we try and get into the customer's mind. When we did Toyota, we didn't say on the Toyota website, what's most important to you when buying a car? We just said, in buying a car, what's more important to you? So because people don't think in digital, they think about buying a car. That's a great example.
