Is There Still Too Much Secrecy?

Joan Johnson's new book is about the many ways that technological changes are destroying traditional understandings of secrecy, both government secrecy and private secrecy. A lot of people think that there's still too much secrecy in America. She says she agrees with senator whitehouse on over classification but thinks he's wrong about the link between that problem and this one.
