It's really just about how much of the year can you keep that money deployed with with flippers? Because you're not making money on points. You're just making ten or 12 %, mostly tolp. So i love it, you know, wi yno, that that, that, that answers my next question, which is to get to these eight to 14% returns we're talking about.
