Relaxation - The Crown of Your Head

Close your eyes, keeping them elevated at the point between your eyebrows. Relax your stomach, letting it hang out so you can oxygenate your entire body using your diaphragm. Your abdomen is rising upward with each inhale and sinking back downward with each exhal focus on your breath. Notice any remaining tension in your body and gently release it. Now bring to mind the crown of your head. The element is ether. It's so light, lighter than air.
