How to Merge Duplicate Photos on a Mac
Matthew Schafer provided an actual example which he posted on a mastodon. Matthew Schafer: duplicate detection has a number of false positives for me. It's like having a little red badge on your application. You can never make go away, which also happens with Apple software. So what do I do about this? Well, the good thing is that when you do merge duplicates, it doesn't immediately hard delete the ones that it gets rid of.
