There is a majority when we go forward on any of the cons nutional stuff. And it's nota, it's not a minority o government that's trying to put this through. It's a government that speaks for the majority of the population. But within that co operation agreement, there are lots of things that the agreement covers,. and doesn't cover the things that the parties don't agree upon.
