i think the first of all is to recognize it. So start being more observant, recognizing what this voice saying. O, the first step is that awareness. R then the second step is kind of more of a skill. It's called cognitive reframing. You're going to take that negative thought and you're goin to give it a little bit less of value or less clout. That's a good bonus word, aubrey, what does that mean? Less om meaning, less importance. i think it's really about just saying, hey, my thoughts are not me. My thoughts are not that important. I'm going to let them pass. Exactly.
