The Tensions of Transitioning From Consulting to Software

Fishtown was more of a consulting company to Where you are now I can imagine that You talk about those competing tensions. It has been it has been a learning experience for me to kind of steward this process But talking about tensions, that's one of the the biggest that we have managed in our journey as a company is become transitioning from being a consulting business to being a software business. The hard parts are all about taking people on a journey from where you're at today to where you need to go because it impacts So many different people in so many different ways.
