Using Your Sensitive Senses During Labor

The first thing i want you to remember is to use your senses. We're going to use sight, smell, sound and touch. And we're not using taste because normally during labor you're not eating a ton of things. When you're first starting with relaxation, i would plan on doing it really close to how i'm setting it up for you right now. Then when you get good at this, then you can start switching up some of the things that im mian to talk about right now.
