How to Deal With Sleep Paralysis Dreams

There's something which was kind of a cultural shock in some sense who was staying in hotels across US and there's like a bible in every drawer. The more secular a place you go to, so for example if it's Michigan right which is pretty white, pretty Trump country-esque, the hotels will usually just have a bible. But if you go to a hotel in New York I have seen a bible, a Quran and I think the Torah or something. So yeah it's pretty common to have religious material and hotels abroad. Have you ever experienced sleep paralysis? I have not and I am someone with notoriously bad dreams. It's usually always nightmares but thankfully they have never been sleep paralysis
