The Scoville Heat Unit Scale Is a Scale of Capsaicin Concentration
The Scoville scale was devised in 1912 by a pharmacist named Wilbur Scoville. He wanted to determine which peppers contained the most active ingredient, capsaicin. Five trained testers would be given increasingly diluted hot pepper solutions cut with a little bit of sugar water Until the tasters couldn't detect a burning sensation and you basically did this with our friends a couple weeks ago I love experiments and I love experimenting on people that I love It's basically like it tastes like water Tingling slightly my tongue is tingling slightly.
