Is It Systemic or Systemic?
It's very hard to define whether it's systemic or not. Our role is to look at specific complaints and investigate them. A lot of the time, officers a e not calling out fellow officers for doing this. They're not always male only groups, but te the people that we have caught doing are predominantly male. And where it does happen, people will get caught and face very significant sanctions.
