In mid-september, the weather was appalling here in england. So a day or two after harold's disbanded his army, he thinks it might be over for the year. He gets back to london, and there he say, thunder a thunderbolt. Harold discovers that england has been invaded, but not in the south,. Not by william of normandy, but in the north. In charge is one of the greatest warriors of the middle ages, a gigantic viking called harold hardrada. And by his side, perhaps even more strangely, is harold's brother, tostig godwinson.
