Police say they have talked to more than one thousand persons, but no one is in custody. Two former d c police officers are charged with murdering a 14 year old girl named angela denise barnes,. Her body was found in the summer 19 71, just off a highway. Are they thinking these two are the freeway phantom? Well not exactly. If someone doesn't fit the mould of what society deems a worthy victim, their stories are often forgotten. But tips have rolled in, and police say that they are checking them all out, but none of them ever lead to any suspects.
