Is There a Way to Connect With the World Virtually?

i think it's incredible to connect with the world virtually, like i have a legitimate business that is through complete virtual connection. But i'm also on the other side of that, where i believe that what of this, like, it's really bad for our mental health. Its isolation. We need to interact with people socially. So i view a lot of social media, augmented reality, virtual reality as something that detracts from peace of mind and is dangerous in some sense.
