The Rome Statute and the Crime of Aggression in Ukraine
Rome statute has been amended, it took considerable amount of time. Some would suggest that it's going to take too long to try to amend the Rome statute for the purposes of the prosecution in relation to Ukraine. But as rather, other solutions are being canvassed and then some of them we have to deliberate upon very carefully what they pretends to be. The difficulty would be if it is being done only to get put in the Russians now. That would be problematic from my perspective.
