Adapting to the New Lifestyle, Single Mum

Emily was in a relationship where her partner and she were talking about eventually buying together. But when that relationship ended, Emily's criteria dramatically changed. She wanted to stay in the inner north but also didn't want to be shopping at the same supermarket as her ex husband. The quality of what I would be able to buy with my money was going to be greater if I just nudged out a little bit in a couple of different directions. So then I started thinking about like, am I willing to take on a project? Oh, that's a good question. And the answer was no.
