I know that people face this tremendous amount of fear in setting goals. How do you get into just setting goals and creating, i guess i would call it momentum? It's againt, identifying andgo it. What is it that you want to achieve? And lett me reverse engineer from that and work out the steps. I like to set my week from sunday. I have a reasess where and where i'm at, and how i feel about where i am on the whole skirt of things.
