The Ability to Empathize in a Work Environment Is a Real Gift

Andrew Lloyd Webber: My ability to empathize helps me guide my team and connect with them at a level that is kind of abnormal in a normal work context. At home, I have four children, as you know, two of whom are my stepkids, two are adopted from Uganda. And so that has enabled me to step into their journey of healing in a way that's probably the most profound way that I've entered suffering outside of my own personal story.
