The Power in Numbers

As a lawyer working on these cases, it sounds like this is something you have seen time and again that has to be so frustrating for the part of you that's an activist. And we saw that come up alot in this metuera, where there were prior complaints against a man, but those complaints were swept under the rug. Do you think that's changing now? There hasn't been a huge shift in the way these cases are handled in a work place. Still, african american women, women of color, are disproportionately impacted by sexual harassment in a work Place. So oftentimes you don't see those women coming forward.
