Any new job, there's so much to learn and usually a role opens up because there's also so much to do. As you were kind of taking that in, what did you learn about what was working well or what could should be better? Yeah, sometimes it goes back to the basic, I think. If it's working well, why change the process? Unless you know you can build it better then yeah, it makes sense.
