International Women's Day

I feel like since becoming a mom to two little girls for me International Women's Day has a bit more of a different meaning now. I think we really need to reevaluate what we are actually doing on this day and why we're doing it. Well yeah I mean like it's so nice to come to work and there's cupcakes and you get a morning tea but like what does that actually mean at the end of the day and what does that do to celebrate women?
