Choosing the Right Problem

PMs are accountable for choosing the right problem. Most of the time that PMs waste their time or they fail is because they chose the wrong problem. It's really up to the PM to be the person who says we've now de risk this enough. Or we have strong beliefs that we're ready to move to the next phase.
