The Uptick in Attacks on Paper Cut Servers
Two Iranian linked threat groups began targeting known vulnerabilities in the popular print servers. Von Check notes new attack methods seen last week show they can bypass existing detection methods. One group, Dub Mango Sandstorm, seems to have only used its tools from prior attacks to connect to C2 servers while other mint sandstorms appears more opportunistic.
