Is Science Fiction Too Impossible?
LDOP Exeter asks, what sci-fi tropes have we achieved? And they suggest sliding doors, data paths and medical scans. What have we missed? Hoverboard, Soil and Green? I mean, some of them, I'd argue, it's a good thing we've missed. Is there something we can say about the shape that history has taken compared to the shape that Science Fiction offered? Or is that too impossible?
