Trump's Attempt to Block Former Vice President Mike Pence From Cooperating With an Investigation Into the Effort to Overturn the 2020 Election

Donald Trump filed an appeal with the US Circuit Court yesterday seeking to prevent Mike Pence from testifying before a federal grand jury. A criminal investigation generally overcomes executive privilege even by a sitting president. This is a last ditch effort by Trump to try to stop it. It probably won't work, says CNN's Willie Geist.
