Titan A: The Worst Year for CGI
I'd say between 97 and like 2000 was the worst year for CGI. Post Matrix period. Have you all seen Titan a recently or scenes from the cartoon title? I don't think I have seen that movie since it came out in like 98 or 99 or whatever. They were still doing a lot of really dicey stuff like it was getting a little better. But there were plenty of like mainstream movies you'd watch and it's just like why does this look so goddamn rubbery because they didn't spend the money on practical effects.
