What's Going on at the Derailment?

Four class action lawsuits have already been filed against Norfolk Southern over the crash, alleging negligence. It's believed that there was a mechanical issue with one of the rail cars axles when the emergency break was pulled on February 8th. The derailment has resulted in the deaths of at least 3500 fish across approximately 7.5 miles of water that streams south of the town.
