The Response of God to Cain

When God approaches Cain, he approaches him with a question. Why are you angry and why is your countenance fallen? He goes on to the verse seven with more questions. What he's wanting from Cain is this restoration that is a restoration based upon repentance and faith. If you do not do well, sin is crouching at the door.
