The economy is not nearly as strong as the stock market would suggest, says Jane Harman. The present value of future earnings has to come way down doesn't it? She asks if interest rates are going to generate a recession next year. "I think we're seeing it all over with uh you know it's service sector jobs that we're seeing," she adds.
