You'd like to see the Roosevelt statue replaced with one of your sculptures, Africa rising. It's in Manhattan now, and it stands on the site where bodies of enslaved Africans were buried. How important do you think the legacy of slavery is today? How relevant is it? "It is something that we will ever be free of this history," he says.
