The Prophecy of Balaam

Balaam would probably have a very different reputation within the history of the church and then in a Jewish history. But though he is a shady dude, God will put his words in the mouths of people like that. So it makes sense. If they're the mouthpiece of God, then they are simply speaking the Lord's words. Now they might be a scoundrel. They might say a lot of other things that are not true, but if God's words are coming out of the mouth, then those words are truth. And they have nothing to do really with the individual himself.
