In the wake of 9-11, one of the first things that happens is psychologists and psychiatrists are brought to the scene of a school or of New York City. So you have this convergence between a feminist politics that is progressive, heavily a white movement but a progressive white movement. The vast majority of rapes are done by someone one knows. It's not the stranger in the street. And this victims of crime movement where this figure of the predator in the street, the urban street, it's not named black but it is black, right?
