A lot of times people bring problems, but they don't have the tools to say, oh, that's an emotional intelligence. So somebody with high emotional intelligence is able to engage and work with people. Someone with low emotional intelligence just tell people what to do. They are not emotionally intelligent. An organization's most expensive resources is people.
