Nato could become less liberal, potentially, depending on who gets elected in different countries. It's not a foregone conclusion that the next secretary general would mean th there could easily be a conservative european official. But i thinkthe overall, probably, you're right. I mean, it's problygointo betep more toward the centre, senr or left an right. There coul be incremental changes, i would think, within the european sort of mille. Nado is liberal? Yes, generally speaking. You cand make this tenuous connection to for policy, i guess nato is litery, especially given the spectre of nuclear war.
