The Cowboys or the Bills?

Cowboys lost by three points to the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. The defence has been opportunistic up through the first two weeks of the season, but that could change if they don't get more turnovers. If this defence is average, they could be really good - it just needs a better offence in order for their picture to work.
